We worked closely with Audiences Central, the
audience development agency for the West Midlands, to develop their marketing services brochure. Our brief was to create a stylish publication that appealed to the arts and culture sector. -
University Hospital Birmingham
InsideOut is the internal newspaper for University Hospital Birmingham that brings patients, staff and visitors up to speed on the development of Birmingham’s new £500million super hospital. With a heavy editorial content the page layout needed to be clear, readable and to the point. Our more engaging look compliments the Trust’s
brand guidelines, is easy to read, and appeals to a wide range of groups with different interests and needs. -

Hills Coaches
Hills Coaches needed to find the right balance between celebrating the company’s heritage while making their services appeal to a new wave of customers. We came up with a neat package that included vehicle graphics, website design, promotional literature and photography.
We also designed a bespoke logotype using custom typography. -
Katharine House Hospice
Staffordshire-based charity Katharine House Hospice sends out its annual review to current and future investors. Working to a tight budget the format required careful consideration to make the print and postage as cost effective as possible. The theme ‘Exceeding expectations’ was created to convey the important role of the hospice. Natural photography puts the patient at the very heart.

Meant is a company that aims to spread knowledge, inspire debate and stimulate action within the NHS. The new consultancy required a logo, strapline and colour palette to reflect the philosophy of ‘adding meaning to process, thinking and outcome’.

UB40 Labour of Love
Our working relationship with the reggae giants goes back many years and shows why an eye-catching design helps put their fans into the right mood. From album covers to tour books – billboard posters to taxi adverts – we consistently deliver ideas that ensure UB40 stays in tune with their loyal followers. This latest album artwork and programme for the Labour of Love Tour was an instant hit.

Mr Popple's Chocolate
We came up with a unique solution for raw chocolate maker Mr Popple to package, promote and sell his super healthy handmade creations using individual rubber stamps. The solution is not only cost-effective but also adds a personal, hand rendered touch, just like the products he makes.

8ball T-shirts
8ball is an online mailorder T-shirt company specialising in all things music, tv and film related. With much competition in this market they needed a new look to make their brand unique and website memorable for their customers.
They sell their t-shirts to those who want to be different and stand out from the crowd – the black sheep in us all. So, the 8ball rule is simple: put the number 8 somewhere unexpected. The logo is black and white but never gets applied to anything round.
Our new branding, website design and e-marketing
solutions have helped establish 8ball as a leading t-shirt retailer in the UK. The website now receives over 8,000 unique visitors a day and 1.5 million views a month.
