Raise your company profile and become sponsor(s) for Social Boom Stoke Local Business Networking Event.

Creative Boom Stoke is currently organising the next Social Boom Stoke Networking Event which is due to take place in Fat Cat Cafe Bar in Hanley on Wednesday 30th of June from 6PM to 9PM.

Social Booms are free local creative networking events across the UK where freelancers, entrepreneurs and businesses can meet up, have a nice pint, listen to some music and hopefully share, collaborate and win new business.

We are presenting this Social Boom event to local businesses in seeking for short/long-term/1-off sponsorship, because this is the 1st event sponsors are involved, it is FREE of charge, but voluntary donations are more than welcome.

Sign up as a sponsor and get your business promoted in relation to the Social Boom Event.
We will need from you via email:

• Branded posters / fliers / cards or other printed materials provided by your company/business;
• Digital versions of your brand materials: logo, online posters, ad banners, etc;

We also accept your own branded supplies as a format of donation, for example, if you are a local printer and willing to provide free printing services for the event, we are more than happy to accept the offer and having all the printed materials with your company brand on and we will promote your business through out the event which hopefully will generate potential business partners for you.

Because it is FREE sponsors promotion, there are only 10 sponsor places available for visual presentation via marketing materials, and we use the 1st come 1st approach in selection of registered businesses. But we do have a sponsors shortlist which will include all the registered sponsors business details and this will be projected or potentially hand out as prints to event attendees.

If you are interested, simply fill in our online sponsor register form as soon as you can and get in touch via email for other files transfer and details of promo materials supply. Registration closing date: 29th June 2010 (Tue.)

What exactly do all the sponsors get in return? (upon permission/registration)
Promotion of your company/business (name/logo/introduction) in relation to the event across the web and on printed materials:
e.g. Facebook group/page; Creative Boom Stoke website; fliers & posters; Projections on a big screen at event, and many other platforms. Also your business will be presented directly to all the participants for the event.

Here are some details about the Hanley event and what will be involved during the evening—-

Main activities of the event potentially include:

-Informal introduction of attendees (voluntary);
-Social networking with flying business/post cards/business cards;
-Artists’ work showcase & sales (many local artists have signed up already);
-Live drawing/painting;
-Live music & visual mash-up by bITjAM;
-Drinks & cocktails from Fat Cat Bar (self purchase);
-Meeting new people and ability for general chit-chat of promoting your businesses
